Each month we will try to present topics that are pertinent to the fly angler. In the past, we focused a lot of time to fly tying. Fly tying is just one aspect of fly fishing, so it was thought that a more rounded program should be presented to our members. Fly fishing is a very broad subject, meaning that we cannot touch on everything all at once or ever over the course of one year, but we will strive to provide the basics throughout the course of a year. This will include the occasional guest speaker and fly tier as well as our own knowledgeable members.
Keep checking this page for information on upcoming meetings.

On the third Wednesday of each month we feature a "tie and Lie" Night where members, interested in fly tying, bring their tools and swap stories. These gatherings are a more relaxed social opportunity and if you are a novice, it's a great place to come and learn how to tie flies. The more seasoned members are eager to help with all of your questions.
There will also be someone tying the flies that may have been presented at the previous meeting. Some materials and instruction will be offered at the follow up Tie and Lie Night.
